Salve!

I am Lydia Berent: the founder of Keeping Latin Alive. I am a senior and AP Latin student at Cardinal Gibbons High School.

This website was designed and programmed by Caleb Berent—a current computer science major and a three year Latin student.

Latin is know as a dying language, and my mission is to spread this beautiful language that is embedded in common language everyday. This website includes a free online self-guided course and other Latin resources. I hope you learn and grow this language that has so much life left!
